Flash Fundraiser in Grinnell, Iowa

On Sunday, November 5, Inclusivi-tee staff, including CEO, Lori, sponsored a fundraiser at Mayflower Home in Grinnell, raising money for House of Charity and spreading the message about Inclusivi-tee. We had a great time, talking to attendees, sharing stories, selling t-shirts, and eating pastries supplied by hosts Linda and Bob Myren. We plan this event to be the beginning of a long and close collaboration with the Grinnell community. Since Lori attended Grinnell College, her parents live in Grinnell, and board members Negebe and Bobbi both teach in the Iowa schools, this connection seems natural.
